Principal Jamie Moller
Jamie Moller is entering her second year as Principal of Taylor Middle School, where she is committed to fostering a positive school culture and supporting student success. Prior to joining Taylor ISD, she served in Del Valle ISD as a campus principal, and a high school math teacher, bringing a wealth of leadership and instructional experience to her role. Jamie is passionate about building strong relationships with students, staff, and families to create a thriving learning community. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her three wonderful children, who are her greatest source of joy and inspiration.
Associate Principal Stefanie Carter-Dodson
Stefanie Carter Dodson serves as the Associate Principal at Taylor Middle School, bringing 16 years of experience in education, including eight years in campus administration. Throughout her career, she has served in high school, middle school, and curriculum development roles. While each experience has been valuable, middle school has always been where her heart is. She enjoys working with students during this exciting stage of growth as they discover their voices, build confidence, and develop into young leaders. Ms. Dodson is passionate about creating a positive school culture where every student feels supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed.
Assistant Principal Jeffrey Charles
Jeffrey Charles serves as an Assistant Principal at Taylor Middle School. He began his career in education as a middle school science teacher and has since served as a Department Chair, Team Lead, and Instructional Coach. These experiences have strengthened his passion for supporting both students and teachers while fostering a positive school culture built on high expectations, meaningful relationships, and student success.
Mr. Charles believes every student can achieve great things when they feel safe, supported, and challenged. He is committed to partnering with staff, students, and families to create an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. He is proud to be part of the Taylor Ducks family and looks forward to making a positive impact on the school community.
Outside of school, Mr. Charles enjoys traveling, cheering on the Texas Longhorns, and hiking with his family. These experiences help him recharge and reinforce the importance of building strong connections and creating lasting memories with loved ones.

Assistant Principal Marissa Gamez
Mrs. Gamez is a proud third generation teacher who brings to Taylor Middle School 23 years of experience and dedication to public education in the great state of Texas! Mrs. Gamez is driven to empower students to find their "why" by seeing their potential, celebrating their progress, and preparing them for their future endeavors. Mrs. Gamez is eager to serve in her capacity as assistant principal and is excited to build and foster relationships with students, teachers and staff, and with the community!
