Important for the 2025-2026 school year: If you have not already, please fill out the 2025-2026 Counseling Services Annual Parent-Guardian Consent Form as soon as possible.

  • 2025-2026 GT Program Nomination Information

    Nominations for the GT Program are currently closed.
     
    The following outlines the steps in the GT Testing and Evaluation Process:

    1. Teachers/Parents submit a GT Referral Form
    2. Parental Permission Slip must be returned
    3. Parental Inventory of Learning Characteristics must be completed and submitted 
    4. Teacher Inventory of Learning Characteristics must be completed and submitted 
    5. Student Portfolios: will include at least 4 work samples per student, per core class
    6. GT Testing: each student will undergo two intensive testing sessions
    7. GT Committee Determination: staff on this committee will examine all submitted forms/work to determine if students meet the requirements for the GT program
    8. Notification letters go out to parents after the committee meets and makes a determination about eligibility for the GT Program
  • Access to TMS Schedules: 

    Parents:

    • During the school year, you will be able to access your student's class schedule through the "Parent Self-Serve" portal.
    • Need to set up your "Parent Self-Serve" account? CLICK FILE HERE to view a setup guide.

    Students:

    • During the school year, if you forget your schedule you'll be able to look it up through the "Student Self-Serve" portal.
    • We highly recommend taking your paper copy and putting it somewhere you won't lose it, like the front of a binder, etc.
