Welcome Back!!

Have you ever wondered why an egg changes colors when it is cooking or why a hot air balloon rises and falls or you may notice rocks break in different ways.  These are some of the things we will be learning about this year.

This year materials we will use daily in class are a science journal, a pencil or pen, and a folder. This journal is to be kept in class unless studying for test or CBA's. They are allowed to take it home, however, I will be required to be brought back the following day. Below is a copy of my schedule with my conference period.

I graduated from Midway High School in 1991 and also attended McLennan Community College. I am a graduate of Tarleton State University in Stephenville in 1995. This is my 18th year teaching and my 5th year as a Taylor Duck. I have a love of Science and excited to pass it along to my students. My hobbies are cooking, shopping, and playing with my 2 dogs. On weekends, I love to watch football and seeing my family in Waco.
